Ian Grushka New Found Glory
In 1997, Grushka played bass with Jordan Pundik (vocals) in the band “Inner City Men,” and later “Flip 60.” They hired Stephen Klein (guitar), who met Pundik at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and had previously played with him in the band “Fallview” after disbanding “Flip 60.” The threesome started to jam together. Later, they asked Joe “Taco Joe” Marino to play drums while training in Grushka ‘s garage. Soon afterward, former Shai Hulud vocalist Chad Gilbert (lead guitar) joined in to complete the quintet. The band would become New Found Glory.
