  • Fruit Prep. Dice the pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion and tomatoes. Mince the cilantro and jalapeño. Zest and juice the lime. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

    Is this salsa spicy?

    It really depends on the jalapeños and every jalapeño has a bit different spice level. If you include the seeds and membranes, it will make the salsa much spicer. Eliminating the seeds and membranes makes the salsa more mild and kid-friendly.
